This painting is a soft abstract mixed media painting which ’nods’ to all things coastal. Featuring several textured passages and several fine layers of fluid pigment and washes, this artwork uses a multitude of mediums used include acrylic, acrylic ink, pastels, natural pigments, texture, pineapple fibre on a substrate of sustainably sourced heavy Belgian linen. Key colours include Prussian Blue, Payne’s Grey, Wedgewood Blue, Pthalo Turquoise,Cobalt Blue, lilac, pink, coral, pistachio and mint.
